Membership Fee
Family Membership Fees
*Note that these costs are subject to change without notice.*
Membership Fees for the 2024/2025 registration are still being determined at this time. The total fee is per family, per year (25 weeks). This does not include a Yearbook.
This will pay for our operating expenses, including but not limited to rent, insurance, some supplies, and special events. We run a very lean budget to keep our dues as low as possible.
Payment of dues and/or payment arrangements with the treasurer guarantees your spot in Forging Paths.
Any dues and/or deposits collected are fully refundable up to 14 days prior to the start of the Fall term. If it is less than 14 days prior to the start of the Fall term, no refunds will be given.
Registration fees can be refunded before the session begins. Once the session begins, refunds will NOT be issued.
Some classes have additional material supply fees requested by the teacher. Please refer to the supply fee section of our membership handbook for details.
Fees requested by the teacher may require manual payment paid directly to the teacher. Fees can be reimbursed up to two weeks prior to the beginning of class. There will be no refunds of class fees once class begins. However, If you are unsure if the class is a good fit, the student may “sit in” for the first two classes to determine if the class is a good fit for them. This prevents the parent from having to pay extra fees and the teacher from taking on extra costs of materials. If it is determined the student wants to join the class, the fee must be paid by the end of the 2nd class day. This allows the teacher to purchase additional supplies for that student for participation in the 3rd week of class. The deadline for all class changes is the end of the second class day of each term. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Each family is responsible for the supplies requested prior to the first day of classes.
Books and other supplies specific to individual classes should be purchased prior to the first day of class.
There will be a Christmas Program the 2nd week of December and a Presentation Night at the end of the Spring term. Families are encouraged to sign up for appetizers and drinks to offer our family & friends in attendance. This will be an opportunity students to show achievements individually and as a group. Students will be able to sign up to either perform a recital, do a skit, or a dance, recite poetry written by them, etc. Students will also be able to display projects they’ve worked on individually or as a group.
We also host periodic park days and Mom's Night Out, teen hangout events, field trips, etc. which may require a fee outside of the membership fee.
